How could an artist submit work for this gallery? Is it a real gallery or a co-op?

Yes, it´s a kind of co-op as you call it. There are still a lot of empty buildings and blocks around in Leipzig and people try to fill them wist life and action while organizing exhibitions, artist studios e.c.t. This 24h exhibition is well-reputed and has a cult status
